A key member of the firm's Technology and IP team since 2000, and a partner since 2007, Alex has significant experience of drafting and negotiating bespoke technology and IP contracts. Recent projects include advising on the procurement of several high-end technology solutions and putting in place distribution channels for his clients' hardware and software offerings.
Alex also advises on e-commerce related matters, regularly helping clients to avoid the legal and practical challenges which need to be considered when setting up an on-line business. A very strong negotiator, whilst at the same time pragmatic and sympathetic to client needs, Alex manages a number of key client relationships in this field.
A keen sportsman, Alex is a regular footballer, occasional golfer and a long suffering Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
