Nicola Nicolaou

Practice Group: Employment law
Nicola graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Philosophy before converting to law. She joined the firm in 2006 as a litigation paralegal before undertaking her training in 2007. She qualified as a solicitor into the employment team in February 2009.
Nicola deals with various aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law for both companies and individuals. She drafts and reviews Compromise Agreements, Employment Contracts, Company Handbooks and Service Agreements (including Consultancy Agreements and CIS contracts), as well as advising on Employment Tribunal claims. Outside the office Nicola enjoys travelling and cooking.
