Winning tips on the war for talent

Attracting and retaining the right staff is the biggest challenge for HR professionals in 2016 - but without talent, you risk holding your business back.

Guest speakers

Paul Jacobs, co-founder and managing director at LoveWorkLife, will be presenting the team's findings from over 100 major change programmes working with boards and HR professionals, and the 10 key drivers for business success. He will also be providing practical advice on how to attract and retain the best talent.

With 30 years' experience in senior management and board positions leading highly successful brands, Paul Jacobs is well versed in management and strategic direction of all HR functions, L&D, and people development and talent management.

B P Collins employment lawyer Paul Lawton will also be on hand to answer questions and provide a legal update on the latest employment issues, following the guest speaker presentation.

The Knowledge Café style discussions that follow give the chance to share ideas and insights with peers, surfacing collective knowledge and providing attendees with a deeper understanding of the subject and issues involved.
