Sue has specialised in family law since qualifying in May 1980 and joined B P Collins in 1988 from a large family law department in central London. She regularly advises clients with multi-million pound assets, often involving family businesses, trusts, assets both in the UK and abroad and leading individuals in business and the media. Sue is regarded by her peers as a "force to be reckoned with", her sensitivity and insight into the needs of clients and her ability to provide practical and realistic advice is borne out by her popularity with clients. Sue has also undertaken extensive mediation training.
Sue is passionate about her work, having wanted to be a family lawyer since the age of 14. Her other interests (time permitting!) include music, theatre, travel, keeping fit, bridge, fashion and fast cars.

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined B P Collins in 2010 after positions in the City and with another large Thames Valley law firm. Emma graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury, winning the Blackstone prize for clinical legal education, before completing her education at the College of Law, Guildford.
Emma specialises in complex financial and children disputes following relationship breakdown, with additional experience in pre nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. She often acts in cases with an international element and, in particular, has recent, sustained involvement in international judicial cooperation between England & Wales and the Middle East.
Outside of the office, Emma's interests include politics and cooking.

Petrova graduated with a LLB in 2000, a Masters in Law in 2002 from University College London and qualified as a solicitor in August 2007. She previously worked for B P Collins as a Para-legal and was delighted to return to the family practice in January 2008.
Petrova advises on divorce and financial matters following the breakdown of a relationship as well as disputes concerning contact and residence of children. She is also a member of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship. She has been recommended by Chambers UK 2010 as an associate to watch within the Family/Matrimonial field.
When not working she is a keen photographer, enjoys reading, cooking and the theatre. She loves to travel, especially to the USA, and delights in spending time with friends.

Annette graduated from Kings College London and completed her Bar Vocational Course in November 2002. She qualified as a solicitor in March 2005 and spent two years working in the family departments for two city law firms, before joining B P Collins in July 2007. Annette specialises in divorce, breakdown of civil partnerships, separation, financial disputes including issues of jurisdiction and/or overseas assets, and cohabitation disputes. Annette offers advice to clients on cohabitation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements and separation agreements. She regularly acts for mothers and fathers in contact, residence and leave to remove cases. Her outside interests include long distance running and the extensive refurbishment of her home.
