The new guides are:
This covers a range of issues from hiring options to what essential documents are needed, as well as giving guidance on the process itself, from advertising a job to choosing the right candidate.

This provides practical advice on steps to take before a new employee starts and throughout the first year of his or her employment. It also gives specific guidance on recruiting young people, including school, college and university leavers. See http://www.acas.org.uk/media/pdf/3/0/Starting-staff-induction.pdf.
The guides also include free tools, templates and checklists to assist in the recruitment and induction processes.
