Vote now for Employee of the Year at the Pride of Bucks Awards 2014
The Buckinghamshire Advertiser and Examiner are now accepting nominations for their annual awards ceremony that celebrates the achievements of the people of the county.
This year’s Pride of Bucks award for Employee of the Year is sponsored by B P Collins and gives organisations across Bucks the chance to reward a member of staff with a very special thank you.
If you know of an employee who goes the extra mile for their firm or for their customer please place your nomination via the website.
Chris Hardy, B P Collins’ senior partner, said: “We’re delighted to be involved in the Pride of Bucks for the second year running.
“At the heart of every successful business are its employees and it doesn’t matter if you employ 500 people or five, there will always be those individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile for their customers or their colleagues.
“Those are the people we want to celebrate with the Employee of the Year award – to say a big thank you to them for making a difference and for setting such a great example to their peers across the county.”
Simon Edgley, managing director of the Buckinghamshire Advertiser and Examiner, said: “We are delighted to be launching Pride of Bucks for the second year running, which will give us, our readers and our advertisers the chance to recognise the people who make our community great.
“We were very impressed with the wide variety of nominations we received at last year’s inaugural awards, which told stories of true community champions.
“We want this summer’s event to be an equally great celebration, so please get nominating today.”
Last year's winners were handed their trophies by host Denise Van Outen in the wonderful surroundings of Stoke Park country club, where the ceremony will be held again this year, on July 1, from 12-6pm.
Anyone can buy tickets to the event where guests will enjoy a champagne reception, three-course lunch and entertainment.
Tickets cost £55 per head and guests are seated at tables of 10. To purchase tickets, please fill out this form.
