Notary legal services
Our notary public experience »
Time is very often of the essence when the services of a notary are required. If you have a business overseas or you export products, business critical documents and transactions need authenticating within a tight deadline to limit the impact on your profits. Trade agreements, contracts and tenders, applications for registration or assignment of patents for use throughout the world all require notarisation. You need the signature and official seal as evidence of the authenticity of writings to ensure your business documents are legally recognised.
Notaries are members of the oldest branch of the legal profession and are appointed and regulated by the Faculty Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury. We are easily accessible to clients, and often available at short notice for business critical matters. Where a document is executed by or on behalf of a company, the Notary will need to satisfy himself not only of the identity of the parties but also of their status and capacity to represent the company.
