Michael worked in central government before entering private practice in 1991. After six years with a noted City law firm where he specialised in institutional investment work and general landlord and tenant law, he joined B P Collins in 1997.
Michael has since built up a broad-based commercial property practice acting for industrial and commercial investors and occupiers, clients in the aggregates and waste industries, property entrepreneurs and developers. Michael has been recognised as a leading individual in the Thames Valley for real estate law by Chambers UK, A Client's Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2008.

Chris is a local man, having been educated at the Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe. He gained a scholarship to Balliol College, Oxford where he obtained a law degree. Chris joined B P Collins in 1983 and became a partner in 1986.
Chris has more than 20 years' experience working with developers and a loyal local client base that regularly instructs the firm. Chris continues to act for a number of private clients selling to developers substantial parcels of development land including several highly complex transactions.
Outside of work, Chris is a keen cricketer and golfer, currently Chairman of Chalfont St. Giles Cricket Club and, in the winter, is a season ticket holder at Wycombe Wanderers Football Club.

Sue graduated with an LLB (Hons), qualified in 2004 and joined B P Collins from Allen & Overy in 2006.
Sue deals with commercial property matters, involving shops, factories and warehouses for a spectrum of clients, including charities, individuals and businesses.
When not at work she enjoys travelling, drawing and painting, reading and going to the gym.

Shona graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2000 with an LLB (Hons), trained at a firm in High Wycombe and qualified in August 2003.
Shona has extensive experience of a broad range of commercial property and residential property development transactions, acting for charities, businesses, private individuals, property developers and lenders.
Recent transactions have included the conditional purchase of a listed building subject to planning consent and the surrender and simultaneous re-grant of a commercial lease conditional on planning. Shona has also lectured on Property at the University of Westminster.
Outside of work Shona is a keen sports fan and follows the exploits of Tottenham Hotspur and London Wasps. She also enjoys cooking, pub quizzes, going to the theatre and keeping fit.

Maria graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with a BA (Hons) in History before completing her CPE and LPC at the College of Law. Maria trained with B P Collins and qualified in 2006. She deals with a wide range of commercial property matters for businesses and private individuals including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, residential development, complex commercial lease transactions and corporate support.
Outside of work, Maria is a keen athlete and plays most sports, particularly netball and tennis.

Gillian graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and completed her LPC at the College of Law, Chester. She trained at a Lincoln's Inn firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. Gillian joined B P Collins in March 2011 to bolster the commercial property team.
Gillian deals with all areas of commercial property with particular experience in landlord and tenant law and retail property.
Outside of work, Gillian enjoys travelling, walking and watching sport.
