Michael worked in central government before entering private practice in 1991. After six years with a noted City law firm where he specialised in institutional investment work and general landlord and tenant law, he joined B P Collins in 1997.
Michael has since built up a broad-based commercial property practice acting for industrial and commercial investors and occupiers, clients in the aggregates and waste industries, property entrepreneurs and developers. Michael has been recognised as a leading individual in the Thames Valley for real estate law by Chambers UK, A Client's Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2008.

Mike joined B P Collins in 1979, having previously been a partner in a London firm. Mike became partner in 1980 and was the head of the property practice between 1994 and 2006. He specialises in property development work and acts for a number of commercial and private clients.
Mike has more than 20 years experience working with developers and a loyal local client base that regularly instructs the firm. He regularly deals with the sale and purchase of many residential and commercial development sites, including contaminated land issues and carries out detailed perusal of complex title and ancillary documents.
Mike speaks some French and enjoys the gym, walking, travelling, reading and spending time with his family. He is a former school governor and a loyal member of local golf and rugby clubs.

Jan trained with Winter Taylors in High Wycombe and qualified as a solicitor in November 1981. She joined the property practice group of B P Collins in 1984.
Outside of B P Collins, Jan is an avid golfer and also plays tennis.

Pat graduated in law from the University of Hull and qualified as a solicitor in 1979. Before joining B P Collins, she worked in Reading. Pat has over 25 years experience dealing with all types of property transactions, giving good practical advice and adhering to some very tight timescales.
Pat advises on all aspects of property transactions both in commercial property (including the acquisition of investment properties, business leases and renewals) and residential property (including leasehold extensions and enfranchisement, site acquisition and assembly and financial aspects).

Chris is a local man, having been educated at the Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe. He gained a scholarship to Balliol College, Oxford where he obtained a law degree. Chris joined B P Collins in 1983 and became a partner in 1986.
Chris has more than 20 years' experience working with developers and a loyal local client base that regularly instructs the firm. Chris continues to act for a number of private clients selling to developers substantial parcels of development land including several highly complex transactions.
Outside of work, Chris is a keen cricketer and golfer, currently Chairman of Chalfont St. Giles Cricket Club and, in the winter, is a season ticket holder at Wycombe Wanderers Football Club.

Ian joined the firm in 1973 and was the firm's senior partner for 10 years. Ian specialises in commercial property work, acting for a number of nationally known companies and organisations.
Ian is very active locally, being the chairman of the South Bucks Local Policing Board, vice president of the Wycombe and South Bucks Chamber of Commerce and a council member of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is Deputy Chairman of the Beaconsfield Conservative Association, honorary solicitor of the South Bucks Hospice, a member of Beaconsfield Town Council and former mayor of Beaconsfield.

Prior to joining B P Collins in 1986 Justin worked for Withers in London. Justin became a partner in 1989 and specialises in commercial property and development work.
Justin has more than 20 years experience in working with developers, and has a loyal local client base that regularly instructs the firm. The transactions he advises on include complex arrangements involving freehold disposals, leases, licences, management agreements and the like, often to a very tight timescale.
Justin speaks both French and Welsh. A keen sportsman, Justin played rugby for, and is a member of, Wasps and High Wycombe RFC but now confines himself to golf, hill walking, philately, antiques, theatre, cinema, gastronomy and quizzes.
Sue Deacon »

Sue graduated with an LLB (Hons), qualified in 2004 and joined B P Collins from Allen & Overy in 2006.
Sue deals with commercial property matters, involving shops, factories and warehouses for a spectrum of clients, including charities, individuals and businesses.
When not at work she enjoys travelling, drawing and painting, reading and going to the gym.
Dara Galic »
Senior Associate
Dara graduated from Brunel University with an LLB (Hons) and completed her training at Winter Taylors in Buckinghamshire.
She joined B P Collins in June 2000. Her property experience includes working for London Regional Transport on the passage of the private bill through Parliament for the extension of the London Docklands Light Railway. Dara deals with commercial property matters, particularly landlord and tenant issues.
Dara's outside interests include walking, salsa and reading.
Andrew Clissold »

Andrew graduated from the University of Reading with a BA (Hons) in History and completed his PGDL and LPC at the College of Law in London. He qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and joined B P Collins property practice in September 2007 having trained at a Lincoln's Inn firm. Andrew deals with a broad range of commercial property matters involving offices, shops and warehouses. Outside of work his interests include fishing, squash, golf and football.
Peter Hardy »
Associate
Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1971. He spent many years working in the legal department of a well-known food company, where he was responsible for their property and conveyancing work. He joined the property practice of B P Collins in 1995, and specialises in commercial landlord and tenant matters. His outside interests include amateur operatics and drama, painting and photography.
Maria Mowberry »

Maria graduated from the University of London before studying for her CPE and LPC at the College of Law, London. Maria joined B P Collins in August 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Outside of work, Maria is a keen athlete and plays most sports, particularly netball and tennis.
