B P Collins' employment team recently defended Acorn Engineering Ltd ("Acorn") against claims of unfair dismissal and race discrimination brought by a former purchase ledger controller.

B P Collins' employment team represented Leslie Seldon, a former senior partner at Kent-based law firm Clarkson Wright and Jakes (CWJ), who is appealing against an earlier ruling that he was not discriminated against when he was forced to retire at the age of 65.
