Lucy advises on drafting wills, estate and inheritance tax planningLasting powers of attorney, the creation and administration of trusts, Court of Protection work and the administration estates. As a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, Lucy specialises in advising high net worth clients on all aspects of their estates.

She is able to identify likely issues that could be on their agenda (or should be) and works proactively with them and other departments within the firm, to ensure they have well rounded advice.

Lucy is on the Board of Trustees of Heart of Bucks a charitable community foundation that matches donor funds with local projects and good causes.

Lucy has been awarded Lawyer of the Year by the Bucks, Berks and Oxon Law Society in recognition of the high standard of service she provides to her clients.

Outside the office  

Lucy lives in Thame and is a keen cook in her spare time.
