Family associate Sarah Harding is a Chartered Legal Executive lawyer and joined the firm in September 2015. Since qualifying in 2010, she has gained extensive experience in dealing with divorce and high value financial cases, often with a complex aspect to them such as inheritance, corporate, farming, or pension issues. Her cases include the High Court case of R-v-R  EWHC 2390 (Fam).
Sarah also has extensive experience in advising unmarried uncouples in relation to both Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 claims and cohabitation disputes.
Shortlisted in Jordan’s Family Law national law awards for Legal Executive of the Year in 2013, one of only four people in the country, Sarah is praised for her "meticulous assistance" and her calm and measured approach.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends, reading classic literature and learning Spanish.
Before joining B P Collins in September 2015, Sarah trained with two leading North East firms. Prior to her move to the South East, Sarah was also a committee member of Yres North East and CILEx North East.
Sarah graduated from CILEx law school in June 2008 and became a fellow of CILEx in 2010.
