Alison acts for established brands, global corporates and AIM listed businesses as well as valued local property investors and landowners. In addition to this, Alison also has significant expertise in dealing with the sale and management of shopping centres, complex commercial lease transactions and offers invaluable corporate support to the corporate and commercial team.
Experience
Alison joined B P Collins in 2012, having practiced for many years in a large city firm. With her extensive knowledge and experience Alison provides commercial and strategic advice to clients on their property needs and complex commercial property transactions. Alison has many years of experience in all aspects of commercial property, dealing regularly with disposals, acquisitions and landlord and tenant transactions.
Outside the office
Alison is proudly Cornish and loves the seaside and countryside. Now established in Hertfordshire, she is involved in a number of local community projects close to home. Away from the office, she likes to spend time with friends and family and exploring her creative side particularly with ceramics and glass. She also enjoys the theatre, art and craft exhibitions and music concerts and festivals.
