Jeremy qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and joined B P Collins in September 1996. He has been a partner since 1999 and was admitted as a Notary Public in 2006 and in this capacity regularly visits local companies, large and small. Jeremy's focus is on tax planning and trusts as part of the estate planning team, a field in which B P Collins is acknowledged as a leader in the Thames Valley region (The Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2007). He is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Jeremy also heads the charity team and is a member of the STEP Charity Special Interest Group and the Charity Law Association. He is a trustee of a number of charities and acts for many local and national charities.

David joined B P Collins in 1982, having previously worked in the City. David specialises in estate planning, wills and associated trusts for private individuals, often those with substantial assets. "A leading individual" in the Thames Valley, according to Chambers UK A Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2007. David is also a Notary Public and, in this capacity, he regularly visits local companies, large and small, providing notarial services.

Sara Rendell

Senior Associate

Sara graduated from London University in 1992 with a degree in German. She qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and worked in Reading for three years before joining B P Collins in July 2002. Sara has considerable experience in advising clients in the fields of tax and estate planning as well as in administering estates. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Law Society Probate Section. Away from the office Sara's interests include horse riding and travel.

Carrie Allen

Associate

Carrie graduated from the University of the West of England in 1997 with a BA (Hons) in Economics and History and went on to complete her LPC at the College of Law, Guildford. Carrie qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined the charity practice group in July 2006, having previously worked for a firm in Lincoln's Inn, London. Carrie now specialises in and advises on all charity law and is a member of the Charity Law Association. She is also a member of the Management Committee for the charity, Music for All. Her previous experience also includes wills, inheritance tax and estate planning, and administration of estates. Carrie's outside interests include dance, squash, golf, music, travelling and charity work.

William Chalk

Associate

William graduated from the University of Kent with an LLB (Hons). He trained at Woolf Simmonds Solicitors and then moved to Hemans Solicitors, joining B P Collins in 2005. He is a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society and the Charity Law Association. William specialises in wills, inheritance tax and estate planning and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Camilla James

Associate

Camilla graduated from St Andrews University with an MA (Hons) in History of Art in 1994. She worked in publishing for eight years as an editor for companies in Edinburgh and London before studying at the College of Law, London. She joined B P Collins in December 2007 upon qualification, having trained at Ambrose Appelbe in Lincoln's Inn. Camilla specialises in wills and estate planning and elderly client matters and is a student member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Jane Kenyon

Associate

Jane qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined B P Collins in May 2008 from a large regional law firm. She specialises in inheritance tax planning for high net worth individuals and has experience in dealing with trusts and cross border issues. Jane is a member of the charities team and advises on governance issues. Outside of the office, she likes travel and reading.

Christine Moore

Associate

Christine qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and spent four years commissioned in the Army Legal Services. Since 1997, she has worked in a number of local firms including Kidd Rapinet, before moving to B P Collins in September 2007. Christine has experience in advising clients in tax and estate planning and estate administration. She is currently a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and her outside interests include sport and reading.

Cristine Benn

Trust Administrator

Cristine Benn joined B P Collins in February 2002, having previously had a financial services background with Abbey National Plc and Commercial Banking with Allied Irish Bank. Cristine runs the trust administration section of the private client practice group and deals with the compliance and day to day issues that arise in connection with the many Trusts B P Collins monitor and advise upon. Cristine's interests include learning the Italian language, golf and swimming.

William Scott

Probate Manager

William joined B P Collins in July 1995, having previously worked for Hambros Bank, Radcliffe & Co. and Blaser Mills. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
