Mike joined B P Collins in 1979, having previously been a partner in a City of London firm. He specialises in property development work and acts for a number of commercial and private clients.

Jan trained with Winter Taylors in High Wycombe and qualified as a solicitor in November 1981. She joined the property practice group of B P Collins in 1984. Jan is a member of the B B & O Law Society. Outside of B P Collins, Jan is an avid golfer and also plays tennis.

Pat graduated in law from the University of Hull and qualified as a solicitor in 1979. Before joining B P Collins, she worked in Reading. She handles a substantial caseload of commercial property transactions including factories, warehouses, shops and offices together with development work for commercial and private clients.

Michael worked in central government before entering private practice in 1991. After six years with a noted City law firm where he specialised in institutional investment work and general landlord and tenant law, he joined B P Collins in 1997. Michael has since built up a broad-based commercial property practice acting for industrial and commercial investors and occupiers, clients in the aggregates and waste industries, property entrepreneurs and developers. Prior to joining B P Collins in 1986 Justin worked for Withers in London. Justin specialises in commercial property, licensed premises and development work. A keen sportsman, Justin played rugby for Wasps and High Wycombe RFC but now confines himself to golf where he is generally regarded as a "bit of a bandit"! Being Welsh (and Welsh-speaking) his heart is in the Principality.

Alison Howe

Associate

Alison graduated from University College Cardiff with LLB (Hons) and qualified as a solicitor in 1984. She rejoined B P Collins in 2007 as a property associate having previously worked in corporate and commercial, property and private client over an 8-year period spanning 1984-92. She is involved in voluntary work being a School Governor and an independent panel member for Bucks County Council on educational matters. Her outside interests include tennis and singing for the Windsor and Eton Choral Society.

Heather graduated with an LLB (Hons) from Reading University in 1980 and qualified as a solicitor 3 years later. She first joined the property practice group of B P Collins in 1986. Heather specialises in residential conveyancing. In her spare time she is involved with the local Guides and is a member of a book group.

Robin Couser

Licensed Conveyancer

Robin graduated from Southampton University in 1970 and spent five years with Wedlake Bell training to be a solicitor, but then decided to become a specialist property lawyer and was a founder member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. He has been with the Beaconsfield branch of B P Collins for over 26 years, building up an extensive network of contacts and local knowledge. In his spare time, Robin is a keen cyclist and skier as well as a contemporary music fan.
