Acting for a well-known premium Italian food brand with a portfolio of trademark registrations and other intellectual property rights.
Having successfully grown its brand in its chosen market, our client sought to exploit brand extension possibilities and was in the process of negotiating a licence of its IP rights to a specialist brand extension service provider.
