Screening interviews and verbal reasoning/grammar tests are conducted by the HR team during June – August followed by an assessment day in the Autumn. The assessment day involves presentations, group exercises, case studies, psychometrics and interviews. You will also have the opportunity to meet existing trainees and tour our offices.
