HR Forum (Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce)

For professionals of employer led organisations with responsibility for HR strategy, policy, management and input into recruitment, retention and talent management best practice, hear the latest research, legal updates and exchange peer opinions at the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce's HR Forum.

The impact of Brexit on employee engagement

With impending new rules following the historical vote to leave the EU, the forum will explore the impact of business immigration on employee engagement. The presentations will also look at how to boost performance and liberate your business in uncertain times.

Employment lawyer and business immigration specialist Chris Brazier, B P Collins, will be providing the latest employment law update and will look at how immigration can benefit your business.

George Sandford of Kronos will also be exploring employee engagement as a driver for business success.

Helen Hodgkinson of Vodafone will conclude the presentations by looking at why gender equality matters and the difference it can make to your business, regardless of size.
