Acas annual report 2019: keep up with the latest employment regulations
Since Unison abolished tribunal fees in 2017, the volume of complaints from employees has continued to rise according to the latest ACAS annual report. Unfair dismissal claims have reached their highest level; while disability, sex and race discrimination complaints have all increased in the past three years.
