Another PSC register deadline looms

From the 6 June 2016, individuals who hold more than 25% of a company’s shares, are under an obligation to notify the company that they are a person with significant control, unless by that date the company has already added them to the company's PSC register.

Failure to do so, could result in a criminal prosecution and fine.

B P Collins has prepared guidance notes on the PSC register to add clarity to the new regime.
