B P Collins’ ‘high level of service’ recognised in ALEP accreditation
B P Collins LLP is proud to be recognised as a new member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).
Founded in 2007, ALEP is a not-for-profit association that brings together barristers, project managers, managing agents, solicitors and surveyors working in the residential leasehold sector. The association promotes best practice by vetting members to ensure they have significant expertise in leasehold enfranchisement.
Sarah McLoughlin, senior associate in the property litigation practice group at B P Collins, commented: “We are delighted with this accreditation, which recognises the high quality of service the property team delivers and we continue to explore avenues that complement the firm's strategy for exceptional client care.
"The 12-strong residential property team is well-respected across the Thames Valley, in particular for our advice to both tenants and landlords in relation to the 1993 Act including both collective and individual enfranchisement expertise."
Membership of this professional association is a symbol of assurance to leaseholders and freeholders, that they can be sure of a consistently high level of service, integrity, professionalism and experience in handling potentially complex transactions.
Alex Greenslade, co-founder of ALEP, stated: “The aim is to give the public confidence that they are dealing with professionals who know what they’re doing. ALEP also provides a forum from which practitioners can communicate and network, promoting knowledge and information exchange.”
