I have reached 12 points on my licence, will I be disqualified?

If you have 12 points on your licence you are likely to be disqualified for a minimum of 6 months, unless you can demonstrate to the court that if you were to lose your licence it would cause exceptional hardship (out of the ordinary) to innocent third parties. Each exceptional hardship case has different elements, it is important to seek legal advice to prepare and a present an exceptional hardship argument. Due to the technical nature of this area if you are charged, or investigated, for any driving offence it is crucial you seek legal advice
