IR35 tax reforms postponed for a year

In the light of the recent Covid19/Coronavirus outbreak, the Government has announced that the extension of IR35 to the private sector is to be postponed to 6 April 2021.

The change to the IR35 rules will see every medium and large private sector business in the UK become responsible for the tax status of any contracted worker.
