Strengthening the foundations for B P Collins’ property team

Two associate solicitors in the property team at B P Collins LLP have won promotion from 1 May, a move which underpins the firm’s depth of expertise and commitment to client service.

Jasmin Hare and Martina McCarthy have both achieved senior associate status.

Jasmin, who qualified as a solicitor in 2005 after training at a large City law firm, joined B P Collins in March 2012 to focus primarily on commercial property work. She has particular experience in the sectors of real estate investment, finance and development, as well as in general landlord and tenant matters.

Martina trained at a West London firm and qualified in October 2009. She joined B P Collins two years ago and handles mainly residential property clients, with an emphasis on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and residential development.

Both work closely with senior partner Chris Hardy, who also leads the residential property and residential development team. He commented: “Jasmin and Martina have worked extremely hard and have a real focus on providing the absolute best service for their clients, so we are delighted to be able to announce their very well deserved promotions.

“As the economy continues to improve, we are seeing a real increase in the breadth and depth of property work we are handling across both our residential and commercial teams. This has come at the perfect time to give clients even greater confidence in our in-house skills and expertise.”
