Christopher’s practice focuses on disputes within the private sector, particularly surrounding wills, trusts and probate. He specialises in contentious trust and inheritance litigation, including disputes over the validity of wills, testamentary capacity, undue influence, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and disputes surrounding the administration of trusts and estates.
Christopher qualified into the Dispute Resolution practice group in October 2020, having completed his training contract at the firm. Christopher joined B P Collins in October 2017 as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution practice group.
Prior to joining B P Collins, Christopher worked for a shipbuilding company in Normandy, France.
Christopher is currently undertaking his professional legal training, to become an associate member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
Christopher is a member of the Contentious Trusts Association, ConTrA.
Outside of the office
Christopher enjoys running and completed the London Marathon in 2018. He is also a keen sailor and SCUBA diver, holding Advanced Open Water and NITROX diving qualifications.
