Gary joined the wills, trusts and probate team as partner and practice group leader in May 2017 and handles a full range of private-client work, including probate, tax planning, Trusts, Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Gary offers up-to-date advice on tax planning with the aim of saving his clients as much money as he can by reducing their tax liability. He also offers a full Will service, advising on potential tax-saving ideas and preparations that can be made to make loved ones’ lives easier. His home visit service enables him to facilitate his clients’ needs to the full, including dealing with emotive issues such as Powers of Attorney.

Gary normally deals with multimillion-pound estates and complex matters. He regularly deals with high-net-worth clients and complex estates, and has acted for directors of blue-chip companies, lottery winners, famous actors and writers. Gary has a keen interest in cross-border estates, dealing with worldwide assets, and he enjoys dealing with complex tax issues.

Gary invests a lot of time and energy into developing high client care standards and efficiency within his team.

Outside interests

Apart from spending time with his family, Gary enjoys acting and has appeared in a number of films and TV shows. Gary enjoys film and theatre and one day hopes to return to the stage himself.   

Previous experience

Gary trained at a Hemel Hempstead law firm until 2006. He then joined a large Buckinghamshire practice as a newly qualified solicitor, working through the ranks to be promoted to partner in 2014.

Education

Gary completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2004.
