Jack is a solicitor in B P Collins’ employment team and business immigration team.
Jack acts for employers and employees in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. He often advises on settlement agreements, employment contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures and employment status issues.
Jack has experience working on various matters in the Employment Tribunal assisting clients with unfair dismissal claims and claims relating to discrimination, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants and the TUPE regulations.
As part of the business immigration team, Jack advises on sponsor licence applications, worker visa applications, including the right-to-work check procedure, and rights for individuals to work in the UK.
Experience
Jack qualified into the employment team and business immigration team in August 2022 following the completion of his training contract with the firm.
Prior to joining B P Collins, Jack studied History at the University of Birmingham and spent a year abroad studying at New Mexico State University before studying Law.
Outside the office
Jack enjoys collecting vinyl, cooking, live music and travelling. He keeps active through bouldering and playing tennis and he is a season ticket holder at Arsenal FC.
