Natalie is an associate in our property team specialising in residential property.

Specialisms

Natalie specialises in a wide range of residential transactions, including: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build properties (including dealing with help to buy mortgages), lease renewals by agreement, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity releases and auction sales/purchases.

Experience

Natalie has worked both locally in Gerrards Cross where she trained to become a solicitor and in Richmond Upon Thames dealing with a variety of transactions over London and throughout the country. Her experience ranges from assisting first time buyers to high net worth clients on transactions up to £3 million.

Natalie enjoys building strong relationships with clients, as well as with other interested parties, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction

Other achievements

Natalie graduated from the University of Sheffield with Distinction in ‘Property Law and Practice’ on the LPC course.

Shortly after qualifying as a solicitor in 2016, she gained international experience whilst working in the Central Business District in Sydney, Australia.

Outside the office

One of Natalie's favourite hobbies is cycling - she was due to participate in the Prudential Ride London 100 which unfortunately got cancelled due to Coronavirus. She also practices pilates/yoga and enjoys dance classes to keep fit and relax the mind.
