Paul has extensive knowledge of all aspects of employment law. He provides professional and calm advice, working with his clients to understand their business and their specific needs to enable tailored HR solutions to be delivered.
His work covers grievances, disciplinary procedures, discrimination claims, negotiating senior employee exit packages and advising on the many facets of the TUPE Regulations in corporate transactions. Paul is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Outside of the office, Paul is an avid traveller and spent 12 months exploring the world in 2006. He is also is a keen sportsman, both playing and watching football, cricket and golf.
Before becoming a solicitor, Paul worked as a Commercial Officer at a multinational defence, aerospace and security company (BAE Systems) and a Consultant at a global provider for talent assessment (SHL).
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2010. He obtained a 2.1 degree from Aston University and completed the Legal Practice Course at Westminster University.
