Specialisms
Nicola specialises in a broad range of residential property transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases, mortgages, equity releases and transfers of equity. She also regularly deals with residential development matters including site set ups and subsequent plot sales.
Experience
Prior to joining B P Collins in 2018 Nicola gained experience in property working as a paralegal in firms in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. She trained in a regional firm in Amersham and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2017, prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2020. She works with various clients ranging from first time buyers, clients with a portfolio of properties and developers and is often recommended to others by previous clients. Nicola has also helped to grow our reputation within the Thame area and has built solid relationships with agents local to the area.
Outside of work
Outside of work Nicola enjoys being mum to her two boys and teaching them the delights of all things Harry Potter. She is also spends time with a local running group which helps when running after her two boys!
