Expertise

Nicola joined the property team at B P Collins in November 2018.She specialises in residential property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build and help to buy purchases, first charges, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Experience

Prior to joining B P Collins Nicola gained experience in property working as a paralegal in firms in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.She trained in a local firm in Amersham and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2017.

Education

Nicola graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Law and went on to complete the LPC at the University of Westminster.

Outside of work

Outside of work Nicola enjoys being mum to her first child and teaching him the delights of all things Harry Potter.
