What is media and entertainment law?

Media law, entertainment law and communication law all refer to the legal framework and contractual relations which govern the various aspects of media, communication, and those involved in the wider creative industry like TV, film, radio, music and publishing. they encompass a broad range of legal issues that arise in and around the creation, distribution, and consumption of media content, including print, broadcast, digital, and online media.
