Maria Mowberry uses her wealth of experience and extensive understanding of the property world to assist in matters for both commercial and private individuals.
Maria trained at the firm and qualified into the property team in 2006. She advises on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, with experience spanning freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, residential developments, and complex commercial lease transactions, corporate support and commercial lending acting for both borrowers and lenders. Maria became a partner in 2017 and joined the firm’s board in April 2026.

Experience
Maria trained and qualified as a solicitor at B P Collins LLP. Maria graduated from Royal Holloway, University London with a BA (Hons) in history before completing her CPE and LPC at the College of Law.
Outside the office
Outside of work, when not running around after her young family, Maria is a keen athlete and plays most sports, particularly netball and tennis.
