In the event that you are covered, your insurance company should offer you the right to chose any solicitor of your choice to represent you. At first instance, the insurance company may suggest you use a particular firm of solicitors (with who they have agreed preferential rates) and, in the event that this happens, we suggest that you contact us for advice before agreeing to proceed.
