Civil matters
We regularly represent claimants and defendants in a range of matters in civil and in criminal cases.
Our advocacy services can include multi, fast, and small claims track trials, applications and interim hearings, appeals, CMC’s, and Pre Trial Reviews in courts at county level and above on corporate, commercial, property and trust disputes.
Many of our lawyers also regularly appear before insolvency courts.
