Eishani is a solicitor in the corporate and commercial dispute resolution team, with expertise in contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence and a wide range of complex corporate and commercial litigation. She has worked on high-value matters before the County Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal.
Eishani also has prior experience in property litigation, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and rights of way claims.
She is adept at managing multifaceted litigation and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes. She also supports clients through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, to achieve efficient and cost-effective resolutions.
Experience
Eishani qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2023, following the completion of her training at a London-based law firm. She has advised a diverse client base on a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes, from early-stage risk analysis through to settlement or judgment.
Her professional background is enriched by international experience gained through internships and in-house roles in the United Kingdom, United States, and United Arab Emirates. Before qualifying, she also held corporate leadership roles in Dubai as a Human Resource Manager and Intellectual Property Coordinator for an international company – giving her insight into both common and civil law jurisdictions, as well as practical business acumen.
Outside of Work
Eishani is multilingual, fluent in three languages and currently learning a fourth. Outside of the office, she enjoys abstract painting, floristry, and exploring new cultures through travel—creative pursuits that reflect her thoughtful and innovative approach to legal problem-solving.
