Aisling is an associate in B P Collins’ residential property team.
She advises on a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, lease extensions and new build transactions. Her practice also includes more complex instructions, such as first registrations, bridging finance, trust based ownership structures and matters involving insolvency practitioners.
Experience
Aisling has worked exclusively in residential property since 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in January 2022, having trained and practised at firms across West London and Buckinghamshire. She has represented a diverse client base, ranging from first time buyers and growing families to investors, overseas purchasers and high net worth individuals on transactions both locally and nationwide.
She also has growing experience in more specialist areas, including residential development, option agreements, surrender and regrants, and matters involving exclusivity agreements. Aisling regularly receives repeat instructions from clients who have followed her from previous firms, reflecting the strong relationships she builds and the trust she inspires.
Aisling is known for her pragmatic, proactive and calm approach. She focuses on clear communication, anticipating issues early and ensuring that every client feels supported throughout their transaction. Her aim is always to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Aisling is a passionate supporter of the Irish rugby team, enjoys spending time with her family and is rarely without her Kindle.
