John started his own firm, Cathcarts, in 1980 before merging with B P Collins in 2024. He has over 40 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of all areas of wills and probate matters, powers of attorney and later life planning. Additionally, John deals with property transactions and advises clients on residential and commercial conveyancing, leasehold and freehold matters, portfolio management and landlord and tenant matters.
