Working as a paralegal at B P Collins is a great introduction to working within a law firm with exposure to a wide range of different matters and a supportive learning environment. It is the ideal opportunity to be considered for our training contract with the potential to lead to qualify as solicitors.
Paralegals will work in one of our practice groups assisting the team with a range of tasks including: liaising with clients, preparing documents, drafting correspondence and organising meetings.
It’s not all about work, we also have an active social committee which put on different events each month and we regularly support charities and other organisations through volunteering and partnerships.
About you:
We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates with a good level of academic achievement and the desire and talent for a career in law. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working in a team in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent organisation and time management skills and a strong desire to learn and enhance your knowledge.
No previous experience is necessary; however, you should have completed or be working towards a degree in law or post graduate diploma in law.
We will also consider applications from non-law graduates who have experience working as a paralegal and are committed to pursuing a career in law.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend an initial screening interview with a member of the HR team and to complete a number of assessments.
The final stage of the process is an interview at our offices in Gerrards Cross.
