Camilla specialises in estate planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate matters. She also advises on provisions for clients where Trusts are required to protect assets or vulnerable beneficiaries.
Experience
Camilla has specialised in private client work since becoming a solicitor. As a fully qualified member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP) Camilla is experienced in assisting clients from various backgrounds, including high-net-worth, second marriages, domicile issues, divorce and cohabitation.
Camilla enjoys working collaboratively with client’s solicitors, financial advisors and accountants to provide practical advice with a view to achieving the client’s objectives.
Camilla is a full member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP)
She also belongs to the Law Society’s Private Client Section, Women Lawyers Division and Ethnic Minority Lawyers Division
Camilla is a trained Dementia Friend
Camilla is a Foundation Governor on the School Board of St Clement Danes and lead Governor for diversity and SEND.
Camilla brings with her Equality and Diversity experience from her previous role working at a Buckinghamshire law firm where Camilla was chair of the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion committee. She continues to be an equality and diversity advocate and a mentor for young people entering the law.
Outside the office
Camilla loves to travel and explore cultures and cuisines with her husband and two young children. Every culture is unique and it is so important to be adaptable, likewise, each of Camilla’sprivate client matters are unique and she tailors her advice to meet the individual needs of that client.
