Emily advises both corporate and individual clients on all aspects of commercial property law – including acquisitions, sales and landlord and tenant transactions – as well as dealing with residential development work. In addition to managing her own varied caseload and being the point of contact for many of the firm’s long-standing clients, Emily regularly works with senior members of the commercial property team on the most high-value and complex transactions.
Emily is ranked as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in Chambers UK, a leading independent legal directory.
Experience
Emily joined B P Collins as a paralegal in 2013 before completing her training contract with the firm and qualifying into the firm’s commercial property team in 2016.
Outside the office
In her spare time, Emily enjoys horse-riding, baking and going for trail runs and long walks in the Buckinghamshire countryside with her young daughter.
