Charlotte Mason was promoted to an associate in May 2018 having joined B P Collins in May 2016 as a residential property solicitor.

Charlotte specialises in a wide variety of residential property matters such as: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build and retirement properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, auction sales and purchases, option agreements, equity release and help to buy mortgages.
Experience
Charlotte has a broad range of experience in acting for various clients who are local to Gerrards Cross and London, as well as further afield, whether they are the CEO of a multi-national company, investors, clients moving up the property ladder or purchasing a second home, first time buyers and clients who are downsizing or moving into retirement homes.
Notably Charlotte was instructed in a complex re-finance of a portfolio of over 20 properties in London, which involved working alongside colleagues in our dispute resolution and corporate and commercial practice groups.
Outside the office
Outside of work Charlotte enjoys travelling to different countries, socialising with friends and family and watching live music.
