Part-time Payroll/HR assistant

We are seeking an experienced part-time Payroll /HR assistant to join our HR team.

The successful candidate must have good knowledge of the ADP payroll system and experience of payroll & HR procedures.

This is a busy role that would suit a well organised and proactive individual with good communication and systems skills who is able to handle a varied set of duties and take more responsibility in the future.  

Main responsibilities include:

  • Payroll
  • Staff & benefits administration
  • Recruitment support

Person specification:

  • Good academics
  • Must have at least 2/3 years payroll & HR experience.
  • IT literate
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Team orientated approach

Residential & Commercial property legal assistant

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our expanding Property team.

The ideal candidate must have 2+yrs experience as a Legal Secretary.

Ideally you will be able to assist on cases from start to finish. Having BigHand digital dictation experience is desirable but not essential.

You will also have experience dealing with Residential and Commercial Property matters such as sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds and re-mortgages.

You must have excellent organisational, administrative, time management skills and be a team player.
