This year, B P Collins was a finalist in the Thames Valley Property Awards, due to the quality of its instructions, deal complexity and positive feedback from clients, who have worked with the team in the past year.
Michael Larcombe, partner and practice group leader said:
'The property team is renowned for its complex commercial acquisitions involving multiple properties, portfolio management and specialist knowledge of tender processes. I'm delighted that the team are being recognised for all their hard work and pragmatic and accessible advice which has resulted in long term partnerships with clients. For example, the first two successful IPOs after the Brexit vote both involved clients of the real estate team. Despite listing, these two companies still entrust their real estate requirements to us.'
He added:
'The judges also recognised our thought leadership role in the industry having hosted annual Continual Professional Development (CPD) property seminars in which property surveyors, estate agents, landlords and occupiers attend, being headline presenters to 400 property delegates at the Five Counties Conference 2016 and regularly advising on property issues in the national media.'
