She acts for local, privately owned and run family businesses as well as a number of household names, including the largest bowling entertainment operator in the UK and the UK subsidiary of a major US streaming service.
Experience
Gillian Price joined the commercial property team at B P Collins in 2011, having worked in the City for several years. She is an experienced and knowledgeable solicitor who advises clients on a wide range of property work, with particular expertise in portfolio management within the retail and leisure industry. She has been the primary contact for several listed property companies and a senior team member on the acquisition of a retail property worth £150 million.
Outside the office
Gillian has lived in the local area for nearly 20 years and enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
