Our vacation scheme takes place from May to September every year and is a great way for you to get to know the firm and experience working in a regional law firm, and for us to get to know you. We regularly invite vacation scheme candidates to join our paralegal or training contract assessment process.
Our programme offers students the opportunity to rotate between our six practice groups over a five day period. During your week you will benefit from:
- Introductions to Dispute Resolution, Property, Private Client, Family, Employment and Company Commercial teams
- Multiple networking opportunities with partners, associates, trainees and other representatives from across the firm;
- Work shadowing with junior lawyers in each practice group
- Undertaking a mix of administration and paralegal/trainee tasks
- A feedback session with the HR team
Eligibility:
We welcome applications from penultimate and final year law students, PGDL students, and law graduates.
For students not currently studying law our law insight day is a great way to learn more about careers in law.

Our vacation scheme takes place in our office in Gerrards Cross.
How to apply
The first stage of the process is an online application form which includes a CV and cover letter. You should use this stage to tell us about your grades at school/college and university, your work experience, your hobbies and interests outside of work, why you’re interested in a career in law and why you’d like to come on our vacation scheme.
Successful candidates will be invited to complete a number of assessments followed by an online screening interview with a member of the HR team.
