A senior associate in the property disputes team, Manjot has a particular focus on residential landlord and tenant matters, including possession matters, service charge disputes and disputes relating to breaches of lease covenants and leasehold enfranchisement.
Experience
Manjot also has experience in a wide range of other property disputes, such as boundary disputes, easement disputes, rights of way, the interpretation of restrictive covenants affecting land and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Key achievements
Manjot regularly comments on property litigation issues in the national media, most recently with the BBC.
Manjot has also successfully represented clients in the First Tier Tribunal, including a matter involving a breach of a lease covenant, which she had struck out at a preliminary case management hearing.
