Molly is a solicitor in B P Collins’ Corporate and Commercial team.
She supports clients on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, and general corporate governance and compliance.
Molly also assists with commercial matters, such as reviewing and drafting contracts, from standard terms of business to tailored commercial agreements, helping clients put clear and practical arrangements in place.
Experience
Before beginning her training contract, Molly worked as a paralegal in B P Collins’ Dispute Resolution team. She studied at Nottingham Law School and gained hands-on legal experience at a criminal defence firm, contributing to high-profile cases, including proceedings at the Old Bailey.
Outside the office
In her spare time, Molly enjoys exploring the intersection of law and sports. As a passionate football fan and a qualified FA referee for over 10 years, Molly created The Game Changer, a website where she shares legal insights and commercial updates related to the sports industry. Through her articles, Molly aims to make legal concepts more accessible to sports enthusiasts and professionals alike.
