Criminal law specialist

Jonothan Moss has worked exclusively in legal firms in Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield for approaching 30 years.

He specialises in all areas of criminal defence including road traffic and regulatory law. He has acquired an in depth knowledge in his area of law and he can advise and attend any interviews under caution conducted by the authorities such as Police, Environment Agency, HMRC, DWP, Environmental Health etc. He will also prepare any case, should you or your company ever be required to attend a criminal court.

Experience

Over the years he has represented many individuals and companies in and around the Thames Valley who are being investigated by the authorities ranging from large fraud cases, environmental breaches, dangerous dogs cases to fatal road traffic matters. He has also taken 2 cases to the Supreme Court, being the highest court in the UK.

Jonothan is accredited individually by The Law Society for his expertise in Criminal Litigation.

Outside the office

Jonothan spends his time outside of work keeping fit and healthy by swimming and going to the gym regularly. Jonothan enjoys spending time around nature with his two pet dogs and frequently visits national trust properties.
