Emily is a solicitor in the B P Collins’ dispute resolution team, specialising in the commercial and construction disputes teams.
Emily has experience in a range of matters including contractual disputes, construction disputes and debt recovery matters.
Experience
Emily qualified into the dispute resolution team in June 2026, having completed her training contract with the firm.
Emily studied Classics at the University of Birmingham, graduating with a first. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with the University of Law, achieving a distinction in both.
Outside the Office
In her spare time, Emily enjoys travelling, playing the piano, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
