People | Emily Halley

Emily joined the firm as a paralegal in November 2013. She began her training contract in July 2014, qualifying as a solicitor into the property practice in July 2016.

Emily now advises clients on a wide range of property matters, including both commercial, residential, landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals.

Interests

Emily enjoys horse-riding, going for long walks in the Buckinghamshire countryside and baking.

Previous experience

Prior to joining B P Collins, Emily gained property experience working as a paralegal in the property practice of a law firm based in Guildford. Emily trained at B P Collins, and qualified as a solicitor in July 2016.

Education

Emily graduated from the University of Bristol in 2010 with a degree in Mathematics and Biology. She went on to study the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London (Bloomsbury), gaining a Distinction in both years.
